Lucius is a dark gray dragon with a lighter underside and three cyan stripes on each limb. They have cyan eyes, two curved, white-gray horns, two bundles of navy hair flowing behind, and a pair of wings. It seems they also have a prosthetic left arm made of metal with a hexagonal cyan crystal encrusted on.
They can be encountered when going to Political Avenue during the second investigation. They were carrying a book of ghost stories when the player meets them.
